“I was involved in a hit and run accident on July 8th. Upon contacting my insurance company one of their preferred shops was D&S Automotive Chardon.
When I contacted them, they readily made arrangements to get my vehicle in and set up a rental immediately.
I was kept in the loop, and notified of everything that was going on in a timely and professional manner.
My car was completed much sooner than I anticipated to my surprise!
When I went to pick it up I couldn't be happier with the customer service from all of the staff. Everything that was done was explained, in a language I could easily understand. My Hyundai Santa Fe looked great!

“I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price. “Got rear ended a few weeks ago at an intersection and the damage was pretty bad with the gas gauge dented to the point it was difficult to open. A friend recommended BC auto shop and Im very impressed by the work that they did! My car looks great and you’d never know it’d been in an accident. Matt was also very easy to communicate with and kept me updated on the progress. And as someone who’s not very car savvy or familiar with the process of insurance and renting cars, it was a relief to have someone who was easy going and personable to walk me through every step. And when I went to pick up my car, it was warmed up for me which I think is awesome. Not sure if that’s a normal thing but I think it just speaks on Matt’s great customer service. Fingers crossed I won’t need repairs anytime soon but if I do I’d definitely be coming back here. Off of my personal experience, I’d definitely recommend BC Auto shop!”
