“If you're not a BJ's member, drive over there after reading this review and sign up!!! Beautiful store, definitely giving Costco a run for the $$$ and lots of things you won't find at the big red machine. Plenty of parking for sure, the store is so clean, well stocked and the customer service staff, check out attendants and deli staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Another added feature is every row of shelving and merchandise has a sign at the end so you know where things are! Also, a small deli will cut your meat and cheese fresh, and finally, gas prices???WOW, always 20 cents per gallon cheaper and if you get the BJ's Capital One + card you get another 15 cents off for a limited time. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.”

“The best hummus ever. I just got pickle, roasted red pepper, and roasted garlic hummus and I can’t even pick my favorite. The flavors are infused throughout the hummus and not just thrown on top as a garnish. I can’t even get over how good they are. How are these not famous?! Plus, the customer service is amazing. The lady was literally making them when I walked in!”
“The attendant was polite. I only stopped in for lottery. The line for lottery was short. The attendant had difficulty understanding what I was requesting, so I completed a lottery slip. Wish me luck!”

“Ive had multiple vehicles brought in and have never had issues, these goofy reviews are honestly probably other mechanics saying this stuff to deter people and force yet another business in mentor to close. Today, mildly panicked at 530pm before they close until Monday, I came in and was greeted and I had odd request of course and I knew that before entering. I said I had a leaking powersteering line, I know its the line, not dumb, its a rusty neglected line that is wet from fluid loss. I asked if the mechanic who was ironically working on another jeep to see if he could just point and tell me what it was so I can replace it. This man stopped what he was doing and walked over and took almsot 15min on it, under it and trying to figure it out for me and I was just so grateful considering the money and resources and time being wasted on someone who isnt even a customer. Ive never met this guy, but I knew the prior owner and I am very thankful to have been immediately seen and I plan to return to have the lines replaced. Honest, hardworking people need recognition, I offered a tip but was refused. So unless something changes between now and then, they have my rating, and my business.”
“Great spot for a quick, and I mean quick bite but all the attendants, clerks I just wish that whomever is behind the counter and take not even 5 minutes to get me my lottery ticketsto not give me an attitude or they will procrastinate so a large line forms behind me and they do it on purpose because they don't feel like being productive ?????”

“I don't visit GetGo often with the Sheetz across the street - but honestly it's a solid option.
The store is well stocked, has more room to move around, and they also offer fresh made-to-order as well as grab and go foods.
The gas prices are decent, and you can use your Fuel Perks. Nothing amazingly stand out, but nothing wrong at all. A solid choice to get what you need and get on with it.”
“This is one of VERY FEW places in the area with ethanol-free gas...... really important if you don't want to screw up your lawn equipment. They also have two routes if diesel fuel and racing gas.... more options than anywhere else.”
“Idk why people are complaining about the lady who works in the mornings. I understand where she's coming from in some aspects. I've worked a similar job before. Customer service jobs can be to much sometimes. Especially when it comes down to customers and being the only employee in the building. The gas here is great, good selection of beer, one of the few places in town that carries my Coors Banquet, and they have an outstanding selection of tobacco products, disposable vapes being included. I come here at least twice a week! I just wish they were open a little later!”

“I had an issue with the air pump at this location and it completely deflated my tire. Brockston the hospitality manager came out and looked and the pump and my tire, fixed the issue with the pump, and filled my tire for me. He went above and beyond on an 85 degree day.”

“Normally my goto gas station. Customer service is usually good. However their coolers have been not operating for a few weeks now, so I can’t grab a cold beverage on my way to work like I normally would. They say there is a work order in but the employees can’t tell me when coolers will be working again. So I have been finding myself going elsewhere lately. Hopefully they can get these fixed soon”
