“I ran into a problem with my Mercury Verado at Mazurik's early in the morning on April 24th. I ran into a couple guys from New York while loading the boat back on the trailer after the problem and they suggested I wait for Mike and Rory at their shop at 8:00 (they helped them earlier in the week). I am REALLY glad I did. Rory and Brit got my boat right on the computer and couldn't find anything wrong with it in the shop - after literally checking everything. Brit then CAME BACK WITH ME to Mazurik's with computer and tools to see if we could figure it out ON THE WATER!! UNBELIEVABLE emergency service! I can believe they would act this promptly to get me back out. I am literally blown away with their willingness to drop everything to help me!!”
