“This is the best shop in the greater Cleveland area in my opinion. The mechanics here are highly knowledgeable and have lots of integrity. They will not try to sell you something you do not need. On top of having the best mechanics and great service they still somehow manage to also have the best prices around. If you are a mountain biker and are having trouble finding shops around that are knowledgeable and mountain bikers themselves then this is the shop for you. Spin is also very friendly to those new to cycling. They are also extremely supportive of young riders. This is the only place around where I would confidently recommend someone to use their services. Keep up the great work Ray and all the rest of the team!”

“I was in the market for a new bike as i had a fat tire bike and was not happy with it but that all changed in December of 23 when my aunt and uncle took me bike shopping for my birthday and they recommended century cycles in rocky river so we went and met i believe his name was dennis and he pointed some bikes out that were in my price range and what i was in the market for well i saw and fell in love with and bought a Momentum vida 8 speed by giant for just over 600$ now i did have to wait because they didn’t have it in my size but only a few days later it was at the rocky river store and by the time i got there it was built and ready to ride then soon it was home with me and i couldn’t be happier with it it rides like a dream money well spent and a great experience all around they are an excellent bunch of people at the rocky river store”

“I have Di2 shifting, and it failed on a bike I didn't buy from Bike Authority. The front derailer unit failed and needed replaced. Bike Authority was able to get a warranty approval from Shimano and replace this part( which hey happened to have in stock) in a couple of hours. What could have been either really expensive or a really lengthy repair was turned around in hours! Jess and the mechanics did a great job, and I am extremely thankful. Take your bike here. You will not be disappointed.”

“I am a wheelchair user and I stopped by this bike shop because I needed assistance to attach this attachment to my manual wheelchair to be able to ride it as a motorcycle and the person either Mike or Brian was super nice and helpful. Even though many bike shops would not even listen to what I needed, this gentleman came out to my van and checked the wheelchair and even though wheelchair is not something they work on, he told me that he will do his best to make sure to try to fix the problem if he can and I was beyond grateful just for him taking the time to even listen to what I had to say and mostly for coming out and taking the time to look at the problem.
Thank you and I hope if anyone needs an awesome service for their bikes, this place is certainly it because if they are willing to help me with something that they do not specialize in, I can only imagine how they deal with things they are pros at.
