“This space is so fun!! A great mini adventure, perfect for some indoor enrichment during the long slog of Cleveland winter. There are so many cool and interactive photo spots to choose from, and creative surprises await around each corner. Also got to meet Coco herself, and she is so friendly and kind! Highly recommend this spot (not to mention then you're already at the 5th Street Arcade/Downtown, which is the perfect launching spot for more adventures)!”
“We were looking for a new mattress with base. There are so many out there now it is overwhelming. After going to several other places that sold mattresses we went to Levin. Linda took such good care of us. She asked us questions that helped her understand what type of mattress she thought would fit us best. She then took the time to answer all of our questions while we tried out mattresses.
The delivery and set up went very smoothly.

“All the good reviews about Eugene are spot on. I bought 3-unit house near the shop and one of the apartments didn't have appliances. I stopped in and they helped me find appliances that would fit the small apartment without any sales pressure or haggling. The delivery experience was also great - one price no matter how many items are being delivered to the same address. They called when they said they would and delivered exactly within the 1 hour window I was given.”

We are extremely pleased with the not only the customer service we received, but also the quality of furniture. We will be able to use it for years to come. The price difference between buying Amish furniture through Woodforest and purchasing elsewhere at a chain store is only about 10 to 20% difference. If well cared for, Amish furniture will last a lifetime vs MDF/particleboard furniture, which must be replaced every several years due to wear and tear. Purchasing Amish much furniture is much better investment due to sustainability. The value added details ensure the use for many years. Additionally, the new showroom is a really great space for showcasing product options. No one has compensated me for this review and I paid full price for all of my furniture. This is an honest reveal of my experience.”
“my husband and i went to cleveland furniture in parma and bought a beautiful flex steel sofa recliner. the only thing we were happier with than our sofa was our delivery team a big thank you to larry and devin for doing their job and going above anything i could have asked for! there kind and took there time setting it up, and showing us what we needed to know, and made sure if we had any questions or concerns, that they were answered before they left. i can't say enough about these two wonderful men !!!”

“Saw them on TikTok advertising Queen mattress and box spring sets for $79 and thought it was too go to be true for someone in desperate need of a new bed. I went online and was delighted to find pictures of everything that have listed, and everything is SO CHEAP it feels illegal. Found the deal and purchased right away. Pick up was a breeze and everyone was so nice and helpful. I will be returning for future purchases!”

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”
