“This place has grooming for your pets. It also has washing stations for you to rent and shampoo your own pets. Looks like a great option. The fish tanks are well tended to and the fish seem healthy. They have live food available and also sell reptiles. They also sell birds, Guinea pigs, hamsters and tarantulas. Extensive amount of foods for all pets. Plenty of toys, bones and pet clothes too.”

“Best pet food company! After significant trial runs with big companies and not working for our dogs, we found Lake Erie Pet Foods. We have been on this food for over a year and all the tummy problems have disappeared. We no longer need to stock up on pumpkin puree for the dogs and they can enjoy their kibble as it's meant to be. Thank you for the great food!”
“This place may be small and not super fancy but they have a very nice selection of fish and rocks and whatnot. This place isn't in my area but we were nearby and decided to stop. I'm glad we did as they had all the fish I had been looking for but can't find anywhere within my area. We bought a few fish and will be back for sure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also have some super cool massive Cichlid tanks to check out while you're there!”
“Unlike other pet supply stores in the area, it's easy to get help from an associate at this store. They will patiently allow you to make sure that you have the right size harness, collar, vest, etc. for your pet. That's why I go to their store instead of their competitors.”

They looove coming to daycare here, they get excited when they hear “Want to go to Pams!?” and unlike other boarding/daycare spots, they trot happily in with tails wagging. “In today’s (scamming) society 5 stars is an understatement, there’s nothing bogus about this business … the breeders are awesome and conduct amazingly trustworthy business. Persian cats have always been a dream of mine and to think one would’ve been enough, who was I kidding.. when I first laid eyes on them, it was then I knew that I couldn’t get one without the other…. The process leading to bringing them home was very professional, I was able to go see them and at anytime, make payments (received receipts) until the time of pickup…. I received pictures and video footage of their growth and the breeder never once gave me any negative vides…. They welcomed me and my family during each visit and we always overstayed our stay admiring all the other Persians around the house… if your considering on getting a Persian kitten I highly recommend doing business with Dream Persian… your provided the paperwork, a gift bag with wonderful gifts and most importantly a beautiful healthy, stress relieving Persian kitten whom will grow to love everything about you… Thank you so much Dream Persian for definitely making my child/adult Dream come true… this has been a true Blessing and I’m enjoying every bit of being a Persian Cat Mom.. ????”

“I can't get google to let me reply to reviews. So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. “I usually buy my turtle food, mini sticks, floating pellets, etc at Walmart. On July 1st, I made a conscious decision while driving down Bagely Road. I decided to pull into the pet supplies plus store on 449 West Bagely Rd in Berea, Ohio. This place was the ? bomb, hands down. They had my turtle food there and I couldn't believe it was cheaper than where I have been buying it. This is a very nice pet supplies store and it is extremely clean. One of their employees helped me get my very first rewards card. Over All, I enjoyed stopping here and I am almost positive, I will be returning here in the near future..... “Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).
I wish I could remember the 3 names of the employees).

“One of the best pet stores around in my opinion. Friendly caring staff. Store is always nice, organized and clean! Product selection is top notch and usually in stock. I love the non preasure felling shoping here where you can browse your favorite pets you may want to purchase in the future but always have a friendly knowledgeable staff member available when you have questions about the pet your interested in. Can't say enough nice things about this store. Worth your time to check them out if your in need of pet supplies.”
“This shelter does everything it can to make sure animals go home to loving families. We just adopted our second cat from this shelter and have nothing but good things to say about the people who work here. They were all busy taking care of the animals and you could tell they really care about every one of them.”

“Love everything about this location except for the young lady working the fish department. We bring our dog for grooming and but food for them and our cats. Recently I set up a fish tank for my mother-in-law. My ans I took my mother-in-law to Parma to pick out her fish. Already having the knowledge of how many fish we can put in the tank that would be ideal for the fish, she in a very condescending tone questioned the amount. Was very poor of by her attitude. We will still go to this location for other needs, but we will never get fish from her a long as she working at this location.”
“My dog Oliver Lauren loves this Petco. Every time I drive past it, he wants to go in. He gets groomed there sometimes when he needs a quick bath. The groomers and staff are always so nice to him and I.”
“I don’t remember the guy’s name who did my dog’s grooming, but he did a really good job and he was very nice! I have a mini golden doodle puppy and it was his first grooming so I was a little nervous. He did exactly how I asked him to groom him! I would post a pic of Bentley but it won’t let me, he looks handsome tho”

“We got our sweet little puppy from here and we are VERY HAPPY with Chicco. We had very good service and they were professional. Chicco is a very playful and happy puppy. We had no problems with the financing. I would recommend Petland in Parma. I understand people's concerns and even if it is true about the puppy mills, it's not the puppy's fault. They didn't ask for this. Our puppy is very healthy and happy. Thank you Petland for all your help. We truly appreciate Chicco. Someone could come up and offer us a million dollars for Chicco and they would be denied. All of our pets are very well loved ❤️”
