“They would not fill a prescription for me. Never filled there before. They don't fill for my doctor. Although my sister fills there and they are good to her. I have friends who also fill there and they say they are awesome but I wouldn't know personally bc again they would not fill for me.”

“This place is usually pretty busy since it's in a little strip mall and next to the one of the busiest streets in Lancaster, Ohio.
You have the option of getting a discount on your gas when you shop at Kroger (and have a Kroger Plus Card), which is a benefit for me because I do a lot of shopping at Kroger.
It's usually a quick in and out as it is for any self-serving gas station unless it's a really busy day like a Friday or a weekend and you usually have to wait in line. I would think that since I have so much business they should add more pumps.”

“I switched from Kroger's because they never had my meds in stock and had to order my transplant meds through their specialty pharmacy with giant eagle I'm not only treated with a smile and respect I get a text when time for refill and one for pickup with a price ...there has been no surprises with fees and no extra steps to order my transplant meds thanks to all of the hard workers you are greatly appreciated!!!!”
“I'm not sure if this is the proper channel to convey this informative, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the entire workforce at the store located at 911 N Memorial Lancaster, OH 43130. I recently visited Lancaster and was in need of some photo books. The girls at the photo counter were awesome and went above and beyond to help me over the course of my three days of scanning, cropping, editing and printing. The books they created were perfect and well-appreciated gifts by my friends. I wish every convenience store interaction was as enjoyable as my time at Walgreens. “And all the years I've dealt with the pharmacy I've never had no situations that the pharmacist couldn't handle and when I go outside to pick him up it's always been a great experience I don't know what to say about the people that said they had a bad experience there but everybody has an off day I would 1,000% recommend Walmart pharmacy”

“Been loyal to Kroger for years and I’ve never had an issue with them.I will say only this,the line can get long sometimes but that’s only a side effect of good business practices and friendly techs.My meds are usually always in but the few times they were out they ordered them pretty quick.They acccept my insurance and I would recommend filling your scripts here if your looking for efficient service.”
