Excellent service getting mobile changed to Spectrum. I did not have allll needed info but Nathan worked around problems. He also kept my serv acct alive so I did not get sent to end of line each time there was a break in getting my info entered. This elderly customer really glad for his good Will. Thx Nathan!

I had the best experience with Melissa. All staff have the best customer service. Every staff member needs a raise, they’re asked the most stupidest questions. I would be fired first day.

So took my mother in law to spectrum in Lancaster. Melissa was outstanding! She deserves a raise. So very patient and knowledgeable. Spent a whole entire day helping us with new service due to another provider not releasing a transfer pin. Highly recommend spectrum and Melissa!
