When I walked in Heath Brown met me at the door with a smile on his face, he proceeded to listen to everything that I had to tell him that was wrong. He & his boss (Lance Shaw) then went ABOVE & BEYOND to not only help me, but also helped my family get the NICEST phones on the cheapest family plan. WITH INSURANCE! ? If you need ANY help while at verizon in Lancaster, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND one of them, if not both to help you with whatever you need! “My husband and I went in to our local Spectrum store in Lancaster, Ohio today. Due to a malfunction with signing in to be seen which I was unaware of, I started to notice numerous people coming in after me being seen first. I finally walked up to where I could see the sign and noticed my name was not even on the board. At that point a customer representative, Melissa Brothers told me I had to sign in, I explained the situation to her to which she apologized and said she would be with me in a couple of minutes as she was with a customer. True to her word, she called my name next! She was a great help and extremely efficient! I had walked in to Spectrum needing an upgrade to my phone, a new remote, and WiFi service. I almost left the store and Spectrum almost lost all of my business yet due to Melissa Brothers and her fantastic customer service I am here to stay!”
