“We live about an hour away, showed up right when they opened to look at a new car. From the jump our salesman Josh took care of us showed us the car set up the test drive. The low staffed dealership got swamped so we gave them everything they needed to complete the deal and left, we solidified everything from home and went back later that day to close. They applied discount after discount due to the issues from earlier and strived for exceptional service as Josh and the one finance manager stayed over an hour late to complete my deal along with a few others. If you buy a car from here ask for Josh!! Excellent team overall”

“First time here. Had a squeaky noise sounding like a serpentine belt was about to fail. They checked the belt, pulleys and tensioner and found nothing wrong. Checked the other pulleys and bearings with no issues. They didn't try to replace something that didn't need replacing. They've won me over as a repeat customer. Gregg changed the filter and topped the oil off and didn't charge me. They've gained my future business and should get yours also is you're reading this. Just do it.”

“While Im originally from the Franklin/Springboro/Lebanon area, I needed a quality tire shop for a unique request. My Dad always said that Luti Tire had the absolute best service in the area. So, since Ive been in the area this week and needed tires, naturally I went to Walt Luti Tire. When I came in, I didn't have any appointment and I spoke to Scott Luti and explained what I needed on a weekday afternoon. Later on that same day, he called me to say that he'd likely have my tires ready the next day. The next day, i got a call in the morning to come pick up my set of tires. They gave me a great price and im especially grateful for their fast turnaround time.”

The wife hit a pot hole on her way home so I took the tire, which they didn’t have but ordered it and said it’d be there by the next day. “I was out with my family when my Chevy 3500 would not start. We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. “It went well I guess we needed a lot which goes to demonstrate how the quality of Buick tends to faulter at times but still the best vehicle we have ever owned on two occasions however repairs are typically out of reach to the lower middle class. In all honesty no car with 60 k miles should never need air conditioning work but I see I am not even close to being the only one but two grand for one line and service uh that’s just irresponsible on the part of opel and Buick so bad job guys and the consistency of engine leaks is also bad job too.Services: Tires”
