“I was amazed at how thorough an inspection they did of my car but also dismayed at the all the problems they found though I knew there were some. But the car is running great now and they have added years to its life. It might even outlive me.”

“First time here. Had a squeaky noise sounding like a serpentine belt was about to fail. They checked the belt, pulleys and tensioner and found nothing wrong. Checked the other pulleys and bearings with no issues. They didn't try to replace something that didn't need replacing. They've won me over as a repeat customer. Will be bringing both my vehicles here from now on.”

“I had my oil changed at a fast change place about a month ago. I noticed some fluid leakage on my garage floor. Brought car here to have it checked. Oil filter was not tight. Gregg changed the filter and topped the oil off and didn't charge me. They've gained my future business and should get yours also is you're reading this. Just do it.”

“We live about an hour away, showed up right when they opened to look at a new car. From the jump our salesman Josh took care of us showed us the car set up the test drive. The low staffed dealership got swamped so we gave them everything they needed to complete the deal and left, we solidified everything from home and went back later that day to close. They applied discount after discount due to the issues from earlier and strived for exceptional service as Josh and the one finance manager stayed over an hour late to complete my deal along with a few others. If you buy a car from here ask for Josh!! Excellent team overall”

“I moved to Lebanon 10 years ago. When I was looking for a place to take my car in for repairs, it was suggested to me to take my car to Rick's Car Care. I have been taking my cars to Rick's Car Care ever since. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Rick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Rick does top quality work for a fair price.”

“While Im originally from the Franklin/Springboro/Lebanon area, I needed a quality tire shop for a unique request. My Dad always said that Luti Tire had the absolute best service in the area. So, since Ive been in the area this week and needed tires, naturally I went to Walt Luti Tire. When I came in, I didn't have any appointment and I spoke to Scott Luti and explained what I needed on a weekday afternoon. Later on that same day, he called me to say that he'd likely have my tires ready the next day. The next day, i got a call in the morning to come pick up my set of tires. They gave me a great price and im especially grateful for their fast turnaround time.”

“My 2006 Ford E150 work van check engine light came on. I called my favorite mechanic, and he said bring it in. Turns out it was the throttle body, got serviced, and now my van runs better than it has in months. I will continue to bring my van to Russell's, and I always recommend his business to anyone who asks”

“This was the second or third time I’ve been to this location with really good results. The wife hit a pot hole on her way home so I took the tire, which they didn’t have but ordered it and said it’d be there by the next day. In fact it came later that afternoon and they took care of me fantastically. Tim and Jesse were really helpful today.”

“Bryan Hoying was a great salesman to work with for ordering my Escape and familiarizing me with it when we took delivery. When Bryan was on vacation, Brant Benson was also excellent to work with for all the details that needed to be handled in the days just prior to me taking delivery - including providing a suggestion that saved me money on my car insurance. Andrew Ragle, Finance Manager, was also great to work with for the final paperwork for purchase and delivery. This was one of the easiest new car purchases I have had over the years. There was no pressure, just lots of useful information and answers to all my questions - quite unlike the sales team I encountered at the Ford dealer that is only 1.2 miles from my home prior to me deciding to buy from Lebanon Ford who is 12 miles from my home.”
