“I had my car towed to their lot because it just died in the middle of the road. I had never done business with Hometown but they were right across the street from where I worked. They ran the tests on the car and let me know the problem and the options for repair. The car was my husband's work car so we didn't own it. I really couldn't make the decision on what to do. The actual owner lives out of state now so communicating was very difficult. (Owner lives in Florida...hurricanes you know) so it's taken me way too long to get the mess resolved. After letting the Dan's what was going on... they were so very understanding. They have let the car sit taking up valuable space. They were always super nice and very patient with me. I honestly am very thankful!! Most businesses wouldn't have even considered letting me take this long!

“I had my oil changed at a fast change place about a month ago. I noticed some fluid leakage on my garage floor. Brought car here to have it checked. Oil filter was not tight. Gregg changed the filter and topped the oil off and didn't charge me. They've gained my future business and should get yours also is you're reading this. Just do it.”

“I don’t know why the overall rating is 4.7, these guys have always done their best to take care of the customer. I have had issues with bad parts that I installed and they always help me out. I’ve seen multiple ladies come in and maybe all they needed was some air to make the TPMS light go out. These guys go out with pleasure. You can’t go wrong going to Luti!”

“I was out with my family when my Chevy 3500 would not start. We got a ride to Walmart Autocare Center and Kevin helped us find the right battery and helped me understand how the core charge could be refunded when I return with my old battery. He was very quick, professional and precise when I needed something specific in a hurry. We installed the new battery and it fired up right away. I then returned with the old battery and Kevin promptly processed the core charge return. I asked him if I could shake his hand and thanked him for being there today and helping us solve what was a huge problem. Thank you Kevin! Great job!!! “It went well I guess we needed a lot which goes to demonstrate how the quality of Buick tends to faulter at times but still the best vehicle we have ever owned on two occasions however repairs are typically out of reach to the lower middle class. In all honesty no car with 60 k miles should never need air conditioning work but I see I am not even close to being the only one but two grand for one line and service uh that’s just irresponsible on the part of opel and Buick so bad job guys and the consistency of engine leaks is also bad job too.Services: Tires”
