The lady at the desk did not hesitate she said ‘what’s your name and I’ll have someone help you.’ There was a very kind lady standing behind her and I stated ‘are you sure I don’t want to put more on someone’ the lady standing up said absolutely we will get someone to help. I was then within mins put into an office with Alex Banks. I told him how sorry I was but he reassured me that he was happy to help. He was amazing and even turned around today to follow up on a question I had. Thank you for taking the time and it is much appreciated.”
