“We just purchased a new KitchenAid Refrigerator/Freezer from Lowe's Maineville after our 25-year-old KitchenAid died. We were working with a home warranty company which took time but Dana in sales worked with us patiently while we waded through the process. Then came the delivery and removal of the old unit which was a monster to remove. I think the house was built around the refrigerator. Bobby sent over a three person team and Jacob was the supervisor and they removed it quickly, the same day and were friendly, professional and very careful not to break tiles or scratch floors. They did an awesome job. Shout out to the whole team. We now have a new unit that will hopefully last a long time.....”
“I come here all the time to use the pet wash station, and my husband will refill our propane. Make sure to ask for towels at the front for the pet wash. Staff is friendly, our doggos know to expect a treat when we check out.”

Fantastic experience and service today from both Geoff and Nancy K.! Both were extremely helpful and very polite! Geoff noticed my aimless walking about and checked in to see if I needed help and guided me to exactly what I was looking for quickly and effectively! Nancy K. was just as helpful when it came to finding my pick up order and went through all the trouble of finding it in the back for me and bringing it out on a cart which was a big help! Very fast and experienced staff and service today! Will come back for future needs!”
“Overall it's a great Lowes. However, can you please not have the super aggressive guy trying to sell gutters as soon as you walk in. He's really pushy even after you tell him no thanks and I genuinely might drive farther to Menards just to avoid him.”

“This Home Depot has always been great. Today was the same. We went in to buy a zero turn mower and Dean from the garden center helped us out. He was so knowledgeable and helped us a ton.
