“Peyton was so helpful. As a technician I encounter all types of attitudes from managers. But she was the exception. When it wasn’t clear what was happening, she didn’t stop until she helped me get answers and the service was completed successfully. Thanks Peyton, great work.”

“I had left a message at this location and was pleasantly surprised when it was returned very quickly. Not only did Peyton return the call in a very timely manner but she was extremely helpful. I have a bad knee and I'm not supposed to be driving but I was not happy about having to pay a fee to pay over the phone and I thought that was my only other option. Payton not only explained to me that there is another option but she patiently ,twice that's how patient she was, walked me through exactly how to do that. It was so nice to talk to somebody that That was not only knowledgeable but seemed to genuinely be happy to help.”

“Without looking at the storage facility on site, I chose KO Storage because I only need it temporarily til fall and it was the most cost effective than any other units around. The online application was easy except I was confused about the area on the app to input your payment info. Found out in that you stop at that point before entering your payment info until the move on day. Once I arrived. I was immediately impressed with the security gates, the cleanliness of the facility property. Then I called KO to let them know I was there ready to move in. The customer service rep was friendly, well spoken and instructions were easy to follow. Once you complete the application, I gave the customer service rep my payment info so it didn't go online. After everything was completed, she had me come up with a 6 digit number that was easy for me to remember but, it can't start with 0 (zero). That number will become your gate passcode to get into the storage units to find your assigned unit number. Once through the gates I was further impressed how very clean the entire outside facility was very clean, well maintained and all looked relatively new. So was the inside of my unit. The floor was completely free from dirt, dust and debris of any sort. I'll recommend KO Storage facility located in Franklin Ohio on 1073 N. Main St.”

“Alex at the Mason Public Storage is amazing!! He called to see if I was happy with everything there. I am very happy with my storage unit and the facility, however my rental rate had climbed to an unaffordable exorbitant amount. I was in the process of emptying my unit because of the cost. Alex helped me get into a new unit that was appropriately priced. I am so thankful he reached out and helped! He is also very nice and professional. Such a breath of fresh air to have a positive helpful experience!”

“We have had a unit here for several years with no issues, however recently we found some overgrown trees from an adjoining property interfering with our RV. Cyndi in the office was super accommodating and allowed us to move our rig to a new, larger site at no added charge. Great customer service!”

“The price is fair considering what size i have and what others charge the extra security and access makes it worth it. I keep my and my girlfriends motorcycles here and just drive there and park, get the bikes, go ride, come back, and grab the car. Some others won't let you keep motorcycles in storage or let you keep your car there, so it's perfect for what I need it for”

“I had my belongings stored at iStorage in Mason for over 2 years, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility was always clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my items were safe. What really stood out was the staff. Every time I needed assistance, had questions, or needed help with anything, they were always friendly, professional, and quick to help. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent over such a long period of time. If you’re looking for a storage facility in the Mason area that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend iStorage. Thank you to the entire team for making the process stress-free and easy for the past 2+ years!”

“Debby Koslovsky is the manager at the Franklin/Middletown location and she is the absolute sweetest- Her and her husband. She is extremely organized and the units are very well maintained and cared for and she pays attention and goes above and beyond - phone calls, in person, emails - she has you covered. I've rented from there on a few separate occasions - daughter moving in and out from college, post college, from selling home to combining households. She takes great care of us each time. And she on-site! You need a unit, call Debby at Stronghold! You won't be sorry!”

“Hours say daily till like noon I think. U can try to call, leave a message if u can, they will get back with u. I've yet to see an 'employee' on the property except for about 6-7 weeks ago (give or take) a power outage caused the gate to REMAIN CLOSED with me trapped inside the facility!!!! Tony came and saved the day having me out of there within like 20-30 min....Decent prices for units and 24 HOUR ACCESS!!!! Plus they have U-hauls available for rent!!!!”

“I've had multiple storage units over the years with different companies. Landen Store and Lock is by far the best place yet that I've rented a storage unit from. I love that it's a gated facility and open 24 hours. I typically work 3rd shift so my hours tend to be a little out of the norm. But here, I'm able to come and go any time of the day or night with the 24 hour access. And Alex was awesome when I originally called to inquire about renting a unit, as well as when I went in person to sign the paper work. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had in a nice, polite, professional manner.”
