“Usually my fiancé washes my car for me but with the cold weather, I thought I’d hit the automatic. Haven’t done this many times in my Tesla so getting into neutral was a challenge (iykyk ?). The crew was super helpful and patient and honestly it was the best car wash I’ve had from an automatic wash. Will for sure be back!”
“Excellent customer service! Me and Tommy’s Express haven’t been having the best relationship recently due to troubles with my account. Teenagers at the Delaware location were not able to figure out what was wrong with my account and why it was not allowing me to go into the car wash so I went to the location at Lewis center and they had EXCELLENT customer service and they were able to figure out what the problem was in mere minutes.
