“Great location and the flat track is much better than the old style rollers, should slow the pace down, a bit fast. The tire shine section has been disappointing lately! The vacuuming area which is huge, needs some maintenance on their vacuum’s and hoses, many don’t work or work well as they used to when it first opened. They pull apart from the vacuum housing and the ends fall of the hose. I pay the member monthly rate, may need to change to a different car wash if this continues!”

“Went through for a quick spray and it was great! After reading the reviews about it not being a touch free wash we were happy to see that you just have to choose the bay that says touch free. Make sure you check that above the bay before you enter. Car came out looking great and the ceramic coating we have on the car wasn’t scratched up like in a regular car wash. Entry and paying were easy and you get plenty of time with the dryer at the end. They have pay vacuums available when you exit the wash area. Recommended!”

Would be great if they provided a status of touchless wash on their appUpdate: Haven't faced said issues anymore. Would be a full 5 stars if they allow cancelling wash club membership from app without having to call them”

“Fantastic service from a local company ! My car was parked in a commercial parking lot that was spraying down a new asphalt coating (on a windy day) and my car got covered on all four sides and roof by small tar droplets. Looking through the windows on a sunny day, the car looked as if it had amber tinted windows. I took my car into Perfect Touch to get an estimate to get the tar removed. They gave me an estimate and said they could even fit me in the next day to get the car detailed. I was AMAZED by the finished look of my car ! I swear that it was cleaner and shinier than the day that I bought it. I can't find one speck of tar anywhere on the car (glass, chrome, rubber moldings, headlights). Just incredible work !!”
