“Simply the best professional movers I have ever worked with. For context, we have moved cross country twice and locally several times using movers that were “fine.” We just completed another long haul move from Columbus to ATL, and Mr Mover made it an absolute pleasure from estimate to delivery. The owners Jeff and Pam offered insight about the move even before we committed to using their service, and the total actually came in under their “Not to Exceed” estimate.One of their strengths is employing full time, professional staff. Yves, Eric, Ricky, Donny and Shawn were an absolute pleasure to work with. They treated our belongings as if their own (better than we would have, honestly) and communicated clearly and cordially throughout. True professionalism from start to finish, and they will be the first call we make if we ever head back north. Very satisfied with this decision.”

“We rented a van from U-haul to move a desk/shelf unit we purchased online it was the perfect size. We ordered the furniture dolly and the hand cart and both were in the van. We needed to pick up before they opened and used their automated pickup. The app could use some updates but it worked, albeit slowly. But made it nice to not have to wait in line or talk with anyone. All in all a quick easy rental to accomplish the task.”
“It has a gate you put a passcode in. It is also 24 hours. The storage unit also had a new & great lock with 3 keys inside it. And the keys are so cute and good keys too. It is a great facility!”
“FYI: Anyone renting a U Haul needs a phone number of a friend/relative that will answer their phones (even at 7am on a Saturday) because they will be called.Excellent customer service reps at Morse Rd location!!!”
“Im a physician from Atlanta, who unfortunately has leukemia. I came to Ohio to be with family. My financial situation has evolved and my income went to every 4 weeks. After some rough patches with my payments. I was contacted by UHaul and they adjusted my due dates to line up with my disability income so I would not get any more late fees. Ms. Sara reached out to me and fixed the issue immediately!! Her professionalism is amazing. She has a calm and friendly demeanor. It is refreshing to see such a customer friendly company in todays climate. There are many companies to move and store you belonging. However, I'm not sure if they're where UHaul is with their costumer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them!! And Im confident that you will have the same excellent experience that I had.
