“We rented a van from U-haul to move a desk/shelf unit we purchased online it was the perfect size. We ordered the furniture dolly and the hand cart and both were in the van. We needed to pick up before they opened and used their automated pickup. The app could use some updates but it worked, albeit slowly. But made it nice to not have to wait in line or talk with anyone. All in all a quick easy rental to accomplish the task.”

“THE MOVE OUT PROCESS WAS GREAT! I recently moved out of my U-Haul storage unit. The move-out process was quick and friendly. My storage space was an exterior unit and I used the light of day to move out. When I got everything out; I was pleasantly surprised that although some items had been stored for several years, everything was preserved and still in perfect shape. I had no damage from time, like water, insects, or rodents. The pricing did increase over time and no one likes to have to pay more, but overall for the various options to aid in the moving process, the storage service, and quality provided, I would definitely recommend U-Haul for moving and storage needs.”
