They are very knowledgeable about everything in the store, especially with types of food types and healthy dog snacks. We have made many purchases of leashes, harnesses and toys. Love this place!”

“I have taken all three of my dogs to be groomed by Ruben and he was amazing! My husky that has fear aggression felt super comfortable with him. I'm really impressed with how my Golden got her hair cut and both of my huskies ended up looking.”
“Great place! I found a cat in my Dublin neighborhood. They didn't have room at the time but they called me back and found the owner! Sushi escaped her house in Powell, walked her way all the way down Sawmill Road and ended up in my area. The Delaware Humane Society staff gave me great advice and I was so happy they took their time out to call me back to reunite Sushi with her owner.”
“We took in our high maintenance Corgi, Ziti, for a bath & brush today with Asia and she did such an amazing dog! Ziti definitely has a history of having groomer anxiety but she was happy as can be when we picked her up. We highly recommend Asia!”

“I've been ordering here and there over the years, my first leather leash from here still looks good as new to this day. I've recently custom ordered a tan agitation collar, as this seems to be the only place i can find agitation collars in a smaller size for my dainty malinois mix. The customer service was excellent, i was emailed confirming my order along with the timeframe it would take to make and then again when the collar was in the mail - weeks before the date given. I had to come back for a leash to match, both withstand my dogs tugging.”
“The manager helped us pick out a wonderful carhart jacket and told us about the best promotions to help save on it! It was incredibly kind and i will never forget it.”

“Great neighborhood Petco location. Since it's a smaller location with the register right by the entrance, a friendly employee greets you right away. There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”
“I went to have my dog's nails done. He was very good and very gentle with all three of them. Even my woolly one didn't mind having his nails done too much.”

“I always have a great experience when I'm in this shop and find exactly what I need. I came in the day before my dogs day care was planning to take photos and needed a bandana. This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”
“Sold me obvious dead ghost shrimp. There was only 5 how could you not tell they been dead. Almost all their snails where belly up and shells ate way so they don't even give them calcium. Poor things are sitting there slowly dying. There was so many. Smh $14.00 for three live shrimp 2 dead shrimp and one snail that I rescued. He might have been the only one left alive.”
“Despite what the two recent reviews say Scarlett is actually a good, ethical and nice breeder.. The two recent reviews were actually USDA licensed breeders trying to get ferrets from her I'm pretty sure, and a USDA licensed breeder is a red flag backyard breeder most of the time. Scarlett is a responsible hobby breeder, who is better and has healthier ferrets compared to those possibly bad backyard breeders, and she sounds very nice and wonderful, I would like to get a ferret from her some day!
Plus, anyone who feels that she is rude or was denied, there was a good reason why! Ferrets are high-maintenance pets that deserve lots of care, they are super misunderstood”
“Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and they even remember our names. Very dog friendly too! We bring our pups on occasion and they are showered with praise and treats. Now they get excited when we pull into the Tractor Supply parking lot. Great place to stop for affordable chicken and garden supplies.”

“Just wanted to highly recommend training with Hayley E!! I selected training at PetSmart because I heard her classes were amazing!! Puppy training for Holly and I went great -- Hayley is professional patient and adapts her style based on her clients!! She really likes what she does and you can tell by the way she interacts with each pet and owner -- she is extremely patient with all of us!! We are now enrolled in a second class!! I had to miss class when Holly was spayed and Hayley was so flexible trying to be sure we made up the class we missed!! I so appreciated her flexibility!! She's an amazing talent and PetSmart is so fortunate to have her!!
