“This State Street USPS is my go-to for all my mailing needs. Each staff member I've had help me here during any time or day during the week has been friendly, polite and professional. I'm happy to see the staff here understand what it means to provide good customer service - other USPS locations could learn a lot from the team working here (Worthington USPS on N. “I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”
