The quality and selection here is outstanding and there is no need to go online for poor quality toys that are destined for the landfill. “This chain is perhaps one of the strangest when it comes to retail, but it is good. I do wish they were much more consistent with their products as they come and go so quickly. Definitely worth checking out, even just for fun. The odd poster board with the mascot is a bit off-putting, but I can live with it.”

“Bought a 1987 Kenner Ghostbusters Firehouse that was absolutely in near mint condition and could not be more pleased. The price was extremely fair and the selection of hidden gems thought the store was so much fun to explore!! Small store but big and amazing finds!!! “One of the best shopping experiences I've had. Came in looking to buy something for my niece for Easter, the manager/worker was very informative regarding trending toys and games... They even let me know about a current sale and hidden clearance items. I left with this adorable squishy penguin ball, a slingshot monkey, a rubik's cube, some fidget toys, and an axelotal plush. My niece is going to be so happy when she sees her Easter basket.”

“Review edit as of 9/19:I spoke with the district manager and had a wonderful conversation. He apologized, understood, and did everything he could to make it right. Excellent customer service.I went into the store to get my items today that had been processed and spoke with the store manager, Tori. She also apologized and said if I ever had trouble again to please have someone get her and bring it to her attention.Owning up to issues and handling them is what a customer is looking for. Thank you both for remedying the situation.I’ve been coming here for years, and just in the past year it’s gone downhill terribly.I called ahead and asked if they were taking items, loaded everything up and drove over, just for them to tell me they’re not taking anything and too full. Frustrating to say the least.Then I finally found a time they would take my items. Sold a decent amount of things, but realized a part of a costume was in my “passing” items. I asked where the rest of the costume was since it wasn’t in either of my bins (buying or passing). The girl in charge said my bag was likely overflowing and it’s not their problem. I have been selling here for 5 years, I know not to make them too full. So my costume is likely floating around in someone else’s bag and I didn’t get paid for it, or receive it back. She was rude, didn’t offer a solution, or even attempt to fix it. If you want to sell clothes here, just drive a little further and go to the Sawmill location. Their customer experience is much better.”
“I just recently started shopping here as I am a new(ish) mom to a 1 income household. The staff is always helpful and friendly and love seeing my little one! I always find cute clothes that are new or barely worn for a great price! They always have a vast selection of toys and books as well. I like how this location has their toys accessible to my little one so I can see what she gravitates towards and end up purchasing (some locations have toys up on shelves so that children can't play with them)All OUAC locations offer bags for purchase or you can bring your own bag in.For sellers - this location ask that you call ahead before trying to bring items to sell and are allowing 1 bin/box of items to be dropped off at a time with a few days turn around.”
“I love shopping here! I'm really only posting because I saw all the negative comments and reviews and I just want to say this is my favorite place to shop. The staff is friendly, it's clean and organized. The items are high quality. Here's the thing, a lot of the negative reviews are people trying to give things away or "donate". This isn't a charity, it's not a place to donate. They sell quality items because they only accept good stuff, not whatever random crap people bring. That's what makes it a quality store. I love coming here and will continue to do so.”
