“I called him up asking for an estimate and he was lower than the other guys. I was surprised he offered to come by and pick up the device. He fixed it and got my iPad back to 100%. “A couple months ago my wife and I came into CPR for a battery replacement on an Iphone SE. For some reason the phone would not accept the battery and kept turning off and then on. The battery was getting hot and the technician could not understand what was going on especially since the battery was genuine apple. He even called Apple Tech support and even they could not understand what was going on. Long story short CPR truly tried to solve this issue and took care of the problem. They were very hard working and friendly and appreciate the willingness to work with us. We would definitely come back to CPR for future repairs.”

“Had to throw out a quick review for this location. Service is usually just ok in my past visits but this time it was fantastic. I say this because we walked in soon after they opened and there was three people ahead of us. I noticed only one salesperson but assumed there was at least one or more in the backroom or something but this wasn't the case. This young lady was by herself but did such a fantastic job at handling it, it was worthy of a review. I wish I could remember her name but at times she was handling more than one customer at a time and do so more than efficiently. She was apologetic and was pleasant and even smiling throughout our time in the store. Man do I wish I remember her name as she definitely deserves a shout out and even a raise. Excellent job young lady!”
