“I don't know whether it's typical, but my heart is telling me it's not. Here's my story: My husband recently passed away and I walked into our favorite Walgreens to notify the pharmacy of his passing. They were absolutely amazing and offered so much emotional support as they could tell I was visibly shaken--I was a wreck actually. They felt like family in my moment of devastation. To make things even better, I received a sympathy card in the mail today signed by the staff! They went the extra mile and my heart swells with gratitude! Thank you guys for being simply amazing!”

“I only know the actual store not the pharmacy, but today I went to get duct tape to fix something with my car and all the employees were great. I couldn't find the duct tape because I've never been here before, but the cashier and another worker were both very polite and helpful. The store was also very clean and well organized, I only missed the duct tape because I was distracted.”

“Have been using Kroger pharmacy for a couple of years and never had any issues. The staff is always nice and willing to help. I switched the insurance this year and unfortunately they don’t work with Caresource which I was sure that they do. This location was so convenient for me. Now switched to CVS at Target and already not liking it. The staff seemed rude and exhausted, not welcoming at all. I miss Kroger pharmacy so bad?”

“About two weeks ago I went to the Kroger first time in the area and I went to a line with two girls the cashier was Lauren I think and the bagger was Taylor they were so sweet and kind to me the helped me and my eggs was broken and Taylor went back to get them for me and I even forgot my lettuce and she went back and got it for me amazing young ladies for real can’t wait to come back!!!”
