The last few times I've gone in there they didn't have the new items in yet that were advertised in their catalog. I was told to order the items online in multiple sizes and then bring back to the store the sizes I didn't want.That's just not something I'm going through for an item of clothing.

Did a great job on returns and cancelled/reordered missing item. Remember NOT to try that at outlet stores because they are completely separate.
