“Called Mike beer line on the recommendation of another repair person who does not deal with antenna problems. BEST RECOMMENDATION anyone has given me. Fast, efficient. Came troubleshooted the problem as an outside issue, determine the issue and had it resolved in no time. Very reasonable price, definitely less than I expected it to be. Talked about my remaining equipment which he found still in be in good shape otherwise. I hope to never have to call him again but if I need another repair, they will be the first I call”

“Representative Cassidy was very professional. Ordered me a new phone to replace my old one that was acting up. Went back the next week. It happened to be the same representative that greeted me. Got my phone transferred and working. Thank you Cassidy ? . P.S told me to keep old phone few days just to see how the new one was working. Fortunately he told me that, as I went home and locked myself out of the phone putting in my old access code. LOL I must have hit a wrong number. Had to call customer service and start over again transferring phone back and forth. But fortunately it worked.”
“We bought a washer, it didn't work right so we took it back. No problem with the return. When buying used it happens sometimes but they didn't give me any grief and refunded me fully. They were very nice and apologetic.”

“I got a car starter for Christmas installed Friday, 1/2. I got in quick and it’s the best thing in the winter. Super nice and explained to me how to use it and had me do it myself before I left. My little guy appreciates the warm car in the mornings this winter too!”
