“Had an overall great experience with my oil change, they didn’t have my air filter in but told me if I went and bought one from auto store and come back they would replace it for free. Very nice gentleman”

“Full synthetic oil is supposed to get changed every 5K miles. Conventional or semi-synthetic oil is supposed to get changed every 3K miles.
But they put a sticker on my windshield that says my next oil change is due in 3K miles, even though I have full synthetic oil. I asked for a new sticker that says next oil change due in 5K miles, but they couldn't print out a new sticker for me. So I had to use a black marker at home, and change the sticker to say 5K miles.
But everything else was great.
The manager told me that they do the 3K mile stickers all the time, and next time I come I should request a 5K mike sticker in advance.
I could be wrong, but I kinda think that they just put the 3K mile oil change stickers on to try to get more business, which is fraudulent. It's wrong to try to make customers get oil changes early, every 3K miles instead of 5K miles. Customers with full synthetic oil, don't need an oil change every 3K miles. That's corrupt, and bad business. It's stealing from loyal customers. I'm a loyal customer too. I've been coming there for many years. But I'm too smart to fall for it. But I bet a lot of other customers fall for it. Too bad we can't trust our mechanics. No wonder mechanics have a bad reputation. Customers always think that the mechanics are messing with their vehicles for more business. It's all about profit, all about the money, and greed. Customers just want an honest mechanic, and a legit business relationship that is trustworthy. But things like this throw up a red flag 🚩. We have to keep our eyes open and watch out for scams. Are there any honest mechanics ? Or are they all disloyal, dishonest, and corrupt, just scamming customers for more unjust profit ? I gave 4 stars, but wasn't happy about the 3K mile sticker surprise. 😞”
“Love this place, prices are reasonable and the guys are very knowledgeable. I took fir brake flush and they saw my tpms light on, I explained discount tire said it will go away after I had discount tire put a new tpms sensor on the issue tire. We'll, light never left and this shop said it's the spare tire in the truck causing the light, sure enough they did there thing with it real quick and light went off and still off, cheap fix. Thx guys!!! Highly recommend......”

“It's nice when you need an oil change and your busy schedule doesn't permit you to spend time to schedule an appointment. I waited, maybe 10 minutes while they serviced other customers. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very friendly and very professional. This is probably the 3rd time we have used them.”
