“Visited the Lima, Ohio location on 3/21/24. No lines no wait. I was also pulling a trailer. They allowed me to drop and leave it to do the service. Floor managers and staff brought me right in, my vehicle needed several updates. They continued promptly and efficiently, all the while they were starting to get busy handling other customers. Everyone was friendly, patient, and courteous. I overheard the store owner rewarding his staff with pizza for lunch, but the floor continued working through lunch time. I hope that when they finally had a moment to enjoy lunch that they enjoyed the Mountain Dew beverages my son and I thought they needed for their efforts. Thanks you for your service.”
