We bought a washer, it didn't work right so we took it back. No problem with the return. When buying used it happens sometimes but they didn't give me any grief and refunded me fully. They were very nice and apologetic.

I got a great deal on a sectional here. Steve's service was amazing. I will be checking them out again when I need more furniture in the future.
PS a six pice sectional ALMOST fits entirely in a Honda Odyssey. We did have to strap the hatch shut but I got it home just fine. Never underestimate the minivan!
