“Had a dead battery on Sunday. Showed up first thing Monday morning at Ulmer’s in Loveland, Ohio and not only did they squeeze me into a full slate of repair appointments to diagnose the issue, they also fixed it including honoring a warranty on a 2 year old battery purchased from the previous Marcotte repair shop. Will definitely go back for any other repairs we need in the future and would highly recommend Ulmer’s.”
