“This is really an outstanding/amazing business. I bought a BMW M Roadster online, without a good maintenance history. I found Elsen's Autohaus on BIMRS.org and called John Jr to let him know when I was coming. I shipped a radiator to him, and flew from San Antonio to CVG and picked up the car. The next morning I was at the business when it opened, with a suitcase full of parts. One of the Andrews then worked 5 straight hours installing the radiator and numerous parts and fluids from rear to front. Incredible job by this team and I'm sincerely grateful for the job they did for me. I highly, highly recommend this business to any and all BMW owners. Thank you again Elsen's Autohaus!!!!”
