They provided advice on car rental, but were very quick with the repair. There was significant body work, new parts and paint required. When I picked it up, the work was stellar. They kept costs down for me by using their skills to straighten the original hood and hinges, restore the bent fender and pop-up light assembly to their original shape (all without having to re-paint!) and line up everything better than it was before the accident. “Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! “It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”

And I had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get to a pump and I bought $25.00 worth of gas, which gave me a full tank from a quarter of a tank of gas.”
