“I want everybody to know that if you ever get in a car accident or you need damages fixed on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend First Class Collision. I was in an accident where I was rear-ended, and the back end of my car was smashed. They were able to fix everything that need to be fixed on my vehicle and they were able to color match exactly to the car. Also I feel terrible but I left my car a mess before I dropped it off and when I picked it up I didn't realize at first but they had completely detailed the entirety of my car. Truly a great company they went above and beyond I had numerous scenarios where my rental was being finicky but they solved it for me and told me not to worry about it. They made the whole situation such a smooth transition between dropping off my vehicle, the rental and picking it up and everything in between. Christina, Ben and Aron are all amazing and I didn't get to meet the mechanic crew that fixed my car but they're amazing as well, they did such a nice job. Thank you guys again!”

“We’ve had three repair jobs at Caliber Collision in Milford, OH, and they have all been excellent experiences. Two major repairs on a GV60, and one minor mirror replacement with door damage on a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Brittany and the crew there are very pleasant and know their craft. They are great at keeping you informed throughout the entire process through almost daily updates by text. I wouldn’t consider bringing our vehicles anywhere else. We have Allstate insurance, and they are their preferred repair shop, and under other circumstances that might mean an inferior or poor repair, BUT that’s not ever been the case with our friends at Caliber in Milford. We would recommend them to anyone, friends, family or strangers!

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! “I recently had my car repaired at Alsafa Body and Repair Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. About 10 inches of the car body had corroded and needed to be cut out, replaced with a new metal plate, welded, and painted.
Mr. Mandy, the owner, is a very kind and honest person. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and completed the repair in just about a day and a half. Even though he mentioned the job took longer than expected, he honored his original quote without any extra charge.
The quality of work, fairness, and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend Alsafa Body and Repair Shop for any service they offer.”

“It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”

And I had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get to a pump and I bought $25.00 worth of gas, which gave me a full tank from a quarter of a tank of gas.”
