Excellent experience. I came in about a half hour before the store closed. Ximena got me through setting up a new phone and service and managed to help other customers through. Best experience I've had in a wireless store. That representative deserves a raise. Good job.

I went to this store because my phone number was suspended. Before I visit this place, I go to a different cricket location no one can help me . So I went to this location, two ladies, ximena and Karina, they help me right way . Very professional and friendly ?

Ximena is a very excellent worker. She helped us a lot tonight. We are very pleased with her work and we are very pleased that they have them working here. We will continue selling this store simply to see her because she is totally a professional.
