When my mother was looking for a phone upgrade, I suggested CPR and they hooked her up with a nice iPhone at a very reasonable price. I used to believe that customer service was dead. I'm glad to learn that customer-oriented businesses like CPR still exist. Three thumbs up!”

“We had bought two Deep Cycle AGM batteries for our RV when we were on the road in Austin TX back in April of 23. When we went to winterize the RV and place the batteries on a trickle charger, one of them came up with a short error. I took the one battery to my local store and they tested it, confirmed it was bad and had another matching battery from another store delivered in the after noon. I was able to drop off and pick up a new battery on the same day at nor cost with the warranty. Great warranty and customer service. Thank you batteries plus!. I also love that I can bring all my old light bulbs etc there to be recycled. Another plus!!”

They diagnosed my damaged phone screen and the staff found that the manufacturer had note for my device that if there was an issue for the screen, that it should be replaced at no cost to the customer.I went in thinking I was going to have to pay $150+ for a new screen, but ended getting the repair done for free.The also repaired the screen in ~30min. Very happy with the experience.”
