Shianna and Kathleen were great! Very patient and understanding in what I was looking for. I think at one point Shianna had like 5 or 6 different pairs of shoes out for me to try. I used the 30 day happy feet guarantee because unfortunately my new balances did not work out but they made it easy. Thank you

I was fitted by Val at the Loveland store. She is awesome! Listened to my needs and any issues i had with present shoes. Gave me several options explaining the differences in each shoe.
