“My favorite outdoor store in the area. I live on the opposite side of Cincy and go there when I’m in the area. THE local provider of the Rab brand which is one of my favorites. The employees are helpful and personable. They typically know their stuff and will chat with you to answer your questions not just short and gruff responses. Also in a delightful area to walk around. They engage with the community as well”
“After the horrible experience at the location in blue Ash Trek we were able to go to the trek in West Chester. Better services Mrs.Yvonne asked to help us, and she was very helpful and friendly. My husband was able to ride the bikes without any problems”
“Great location, staff has always been nothing but nice .. giving 4 stars because I’ve had rewards expire in the past and when mentioned literally no questions asked, they can see i had it, i spend money there and really get all my shoes there (husband as well if they have his size available), but today i was told sorry cannot apply and they track that stuff — what gives?
I even mentioned like hmm okay i guess it depends on who works I’ve never had an issue before …. bummer
But i was told it’s tracked :(
Even the female owner has helped apply before so I’m not sure what the issue was but that was a let down”

“I was riding from KC to NYC vie the OTET and stopped in on 6/8, a SUNDAY, to have my leaking tire worked on. It needed re-taping of the rim, new sealant, etc. The staff there was very helpful, offered immediate assistance and repaired while I waited, and I was charged a very reasonable price. My experience was awesome! They saved the day!”

“We traveled to Cincinnati for the day and wanted to check this place out since we don’t have a hockey shop where we live. The store was awesome and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Nathan helped me get fitted for skates and showed me around to find everything I was looking for. He even recommended another Perani’s location that’s a little bit closer to us in Nashville. We’ll definitely be checking that one out and coming back next time we are in town!”
“They have a good selection of discs for disc golf, and they even have a used section where you can sometime fined a steal. I highly recommend checking them out not just for your disc golf needs but any sports related needs you might have. The staff have always been supper friendly and gone out of their way to answer any questions I might have, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you can't find something.”

“The Golf Exchange in West Chester is THE place to go for fittings. I’ve been fit there for driver, fairway woods, irons, wedges, and putter. For each they took their time, treated me with excellent care and class, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase every single time. I can’t say enough about them, especially the manager, Tony, who does what is right for the customer time and time again. I cannot rate them high enough. Go there for your golf needs… you will not be disappointed!!!”
“Had to have my thumb holes opened up on my several bowling balls due to a severe skin condition, Dave got them done that morning of my visit, and I was able to release my normal shot with ease once again after struggling the 1st 1/2 of my season, 1st night back on the lanes after the thumb work was done, I rolled a 299 game ( 738 Series ), my teammates were thrilled and stated - look out he's back. Dave has masterful drilling and fitting skills, if you are having problems with fit, go see him, for new or older bowling balls, you will be pleased with the results. This place is top notch for service and selection.”

“I worked with Titan Trophies for an awards order. We ran into an issue that neither of us have had - my organization had used the same logo with other vendors with no issues in the past, and there was an engraving issue that they have not experienced with their machines; some of the wording was not visible within our logo of the finished product. They went above and beyond to correct the issue (including the owner driving to Columbus and back) and give me quality products to use for our awards ceremony in a very quick turn around.”

The young lady who was my cashier (British I believe) was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the store policies and about ordering the product online and being able to pick it up from the store. The store manager Jimmy was absolutely phenomenal, very friendly and personable.”

“If you are looking for indoor volleyball specific club, this is your place. Some key notes below.
1. It’s paid courts, usually cost around $60 for an hour for whole team. So you would end up paying like $8 bucks individually.
2. There are like 5 indoor and 4 outdoor courts. Outdoor courts are of sand.
3. There is small cafe inside, but don’t expect anything great. But it’s decent.
4. There are benches to sit down and watch.
5. You can host tournaments here.
6. I would suggest pre book courts especially on weekends.
7. Well maintained courts.
8. They provide balls and a lot for practice.
9. Courts are partitioned, so won’t get disturbed.
10. Bathrooms are ok too.”
