“My husband and I just purchased a sectional on Thursday evening. We walked around and we're both really pleased with the selections available and I was absolutely in LOVE with the prices. I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered.After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck.Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby!I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.”

I shopped around considerably before going to Original Mattress Factory last because while I did want to see what else was out there, I figured I'd probably end up purchasing from OMF and I was 100% correct.Nick really knew everything about the mattresses and was able to relate it in a clear and understandable manner to a prospective buyer. With his help I was able to easily narrow down my selection. I really feel like he was more educating me on mattresses than trying to sell me anything. It was an extremely pleasant experience, especially compared to some other nearby competition. I was never looking for the cheapest mattress, I was looking for the best mattress and I'm highly confident I found it. It was so nice being able to go into the store and test out the couches - there are very very few showrooms like this anymore. I am not the type to risk making such a big purchase online based on reviews and some swatches. The sales team on-site were helpful and informative, but not pushy. We had a smaller than normal space to work with, and they showed us several options that would work. Ultimately we decided to go with a customizable sectional which made our delivery a little longer than we had hoped, but we understood why that was the case.There was a moment of panic where the delivery date was listed as being postponed, but it ended up coming on time. It seems like the sales people aren't really set up for success and there is a bit of miscommunication internally. With all that being said, our sales person, Peggy, was amazing and continued to keep us updated on the status of our couch.Delivery was quick and seamless. The gentlemen that delivered the couch were kind and professional. The white glover service was worth the additional fees - they unpackaged the couch and removed all shipping materials from the property.I will update the review if we have any issues, but as of right now I could not be happier about this purchase!”
