“We needed a mattress desperately and made the drive from Lexington to visit the actual tempurpedic flagship store instead of the bigger mattress stores in town. We ended up purchasing a mattress after laying in a few. It hasn’t yet arrived but the customer service experience there was top notch. Alex S. guided us expertly through the different mattresses and gave us solid recommendations based what we told him we were looking for. I can’t yet speak for the mattress but as far as buying one goes this was about a pleasant experience I think anyone could ask for. Highly recommended.”

“We had the best experience purchasing our new couch with Rand! We spent two days going to the store to decide on the color and exact combination. Rand helped us to decide by moving the display couch pieces over and over! Shipping wasn't overnight, but if you are buying a custom piece, down to the fabric, they do need time to make it and send it. Truly a wonderful experience!!”

“We purchased a Speed Queen washer from here about a year ago and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! They had a sale for the weekend, we were not able to make it in on the Saturday and they’re closed on Sundays (which we love!), they honored the discount for Monday so we could purchase and pick up even though the sale was over. The washer of course has been amazing! We will be buying from here again when we need anything else!”
