“Easy, honest & helpful. Especially the cashier workin' hero, that guy is an American laboring inspiration. Whatever he is getting paid, he needs a raise!”
165 Ashland Rd, Mansfield OH 44905
“Always prompt, efficient, and thorough. If they see an issue they let me know. They fix it or let me know where I can go to get the repairs. Regular customer here. Highly recommended.”

“Love the work these guys do! Top notch and dependable. AND they will tell you the truth about where your car is at - does it really need that repair or is that a waste of time.”
907 Springmill St, Mansfield OH 44906
“Just about the quickest service I have ever seen from the staff at Speedway. They don’t waste time with people idle chit chat when there’s customers waiting in line. There’s a time and place for that, but they realize that people don’t have a lot of time to waste, and that is a great approach to customer service.”
1500 Lexington Ave, Mansfield OH 44907
“So far I've been impressed with them. Every time I needed air for my tires, they would turn on the air pump for free as long as I had my Kroger card with me. Also, they are always really good about checking to see if you have your Kroger card to be able to get the discounts on gas. They're always nice and friendly, and I enjoy stopping there.”
2115 S Baney Rd, Ashland OH 44805
“Gas prices are generally lower than most. Store products are expensive. Don't even buy tobacco products here almost a dollar higher than most. Marlboro 72 right at $9.00. That price is outrageous when they are $8 everywhere else and they keep raising the price. Owners should have to post who they are so we know who is responsible for the prices instead of hiding behind a corporate logo.Maybe they would think twice about screwing the public then.”
1060 Ashland Rd, Mansfield OH 44905
“Kroger... what happened to a competitive price? A good deal? Even with a discount, we are still paying more than a gas station a mile away. It's not really a bonus to shopping with y'all anymore. The higher grocery price isn't a deal when the gas price is higher, too. Lifelong shopper contemplating a change.”
1240 Park Ave W, Mansfield OH 44906
“There are two things that I like about the Kroger Fuel Centers: 1. Reduced price based on fuel points earned when grocery shopping; 2. Security of using the Kroger app that allows me to gasup without having to take out cash or card from my purse.”

“They actually have the Caribbean cream coffees! The only issue was that they never have the machine up high enough so they're liquid and not slushy :-( other than that 5/5”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
