“Went to 5 below looking for beverage dispenser and I found exactly what I was looking for....just not enough of them! I purchased 5 dispensers; would have like to purchase 6, but I'll work it out for $5! Self checkout was easy. Didn’t like the shopping cart with the extra tall pole to prevent you from taking the cart out the store, but thats minor.”
“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

“This store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.”
“The staff here in Eastlake on Vine are the friendliest ppl. They will bend over backwards for you. Always fully stocked. If they don't have something, they will go check the shipments to see if it is in the back. Very welcoming. I would work there PT just to mingle with them!”

“I love going to the Save-A-Lot it's not crowded it's not that many people in the store when you go in there the workers all are very nice when you come in there so I definitely will be going to this save a lot more often because you don't want to go in the store that's so crowded they give you time to shop and get all the things you need without the store being so crowded”

“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”
“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”
“Save A Lot has always been my go-to store way before the Target and Walmart boycott! Their brands are comparable to the name brands at a much lower cost! This one pretty much stays stocked with friendly staff! They weren't even rude to me when I went towards the employee area like I owned the place! I got the restrooms mixed up with Aldis, lol. We just laughed and kept it moving. I love their down to earth staff!”
“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”

It's refreshing to have a budget-friendly grocery store in my neighborhood. Honestly, I'd rather shop here than Dave's – Marc's always meets my needs!”
“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”
“I am a Krazy Bin customer through and through and I can’t say enough good things about the entire concept of the stores, the shopping experience, and how kind the workers always have been in all my experiences. You have to know going in that you’re looking at overstock, returns, etc. and I normally never have issues.
I work in interior design and I have decorated almost an entire 10 unit hotel with these stores! On top of that I’ve been able to affordably change up my personal space, my parents house, my brother’s room, and now we’re working on their guest room!
Also love being able to grab little odds and ends I normally buy at Target for 50% off retail prices while I’m there. 10/10 love everything about this store and they have a customer for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
