“Yes, you can buy cheaper hearing aids than Beltone’s. What you won’t get is Herschel who has repeatedly fine tuned my units. He tested my hearing again today (no charge) and made necessary adjustments. And this is not the first time. With my rapidly growing hearing loss, I have stopped back 3X times prior to today. Each time, he patiently adjusted the units. Pretty sure you don’t get that level of care and concern with AirPods Pro 2 or other brands.”

“Very difficult to talk to someone. Hold times are infuriating. I’m trying to get some help on equipment return and cannot get a person on line
I have to be fair, i did get a call back after leaving a message and they did schedule a pick up of equipment-i am adjusting rating appropriately”

On the other hand, getting my supplies doesn't get 5 stars. Since AdaptHealth merged with Community Surgical getting what I order is a disaster. I don't get what I order. I get things I don't order. It's been a mess and VERY stressful.!!!!”

“I must say, in a world of paper work, layers of administrative procedures, and constant headaches and hours and hours of time spent when in comes to my autistic daughter, this has been one of the smoothest, quickest and prompt companies i have dealt with. they had 3 simple requests that my doctor's office was easily able to fax to a number they provided, and within 1-2 days we received our medical supplies. the process couldn't have been any more simple. i appreciate their quick response and follow through.
