“Five Below is always such a fun place to shop - theres just so much cool and random stuff to look through, and I almost always find something I didn’t even know I wanted. The person at the checkout was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. The only downside was that one staff member stocking shelves was really rude, which kind of took away from the vibe. Still, overall it’s a great store with tons of fun finds!”

“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”

“Hands down my favorite Drug Mart of all time. Its the biggest one that I know of and has such a unique and abundant selection. It far out weighs the Kent and Stow locations. They are awesome too mind you, but this one really stands out. You can find most of what you are looking for here. Much like a little mini Walmart. Hopefully you guys keep being the greatness you are!”
“Save a lot is a 10 out of 10 Very clean very very clean organize the meat looks fresh the cashiers greet you very well 10 out of 10 , The whole staff is very respectful. They keep this save a lot very clean no carts In the parking lot very clean and the manager. I see him cleaning behind the produce racks 10 out of 10.”

“The nicest group of people work here and the gentleman who works the nights ( mostly) is the friendliest person, he makes conversation with everyone, he greets everyone and I enjoy speaking with him.”
“Marc's is my to-go to place for groceries. The meat selection is limited. A couple of times I purchased tomatoes, regular or cherry and it tastes like they sprayed some pesticide or some type of chemicals on the tomatoes. I couldn't eat them so I threw them away.”
“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”
“I lost my wallet at this store. I did not know that at the time, thought I lost it at another store before arriving there. Long story short, the guy I always speak to and is so very kind to respond and acknowledge me, showed up at my apartment today with wallet, everything in tact, I mean everything, quite a bit of cash, credit cards, important information, like nothing was moved. Thank God for this man and I am forever indebted to him even though everything was cancelled out and replaced. I can’t describe what this means to me there aren’t enough words. I have live in this neighborhood for 15yrs. This store has been my go to all these years for things like birthday bags, decorations, oils, shopping carts , rugs, electrical cords, small tools , etc.. IYKYK, simple as that. Thank you Sir, I don’t know you and you don’t know me besides our interactions as a proprietor and a customer, but you have exceeded that with your kind soul for going over and beyond. “I tried to call and speak with a manager but the phone timed out and went to busy - SUE IN PLANTS IS AMAZING! I was there today with my baby and only had one free hand. She helped me untangle plants, get things in my cart, carried potting mix for me, offered to help me load my car… she was a superstar. The nicest and sweetest customer service interaction I’ve had in awhile - she isn’t just doing her job, she’s going above and beyond and I hope she gets recognition for how helpful and pleasant and kind she is!”

“I frequent this Family Dollar with my Autistic son, I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING the employees are here.My son is a bit rambunctious, there are at least 5 ladies who work here who greet us so excitedly, they’re patient & kind when things don’t go smoothly, they offer to help carry things to my car on days they see me having to hold my 65lb son, they even push the bell up to the front of the counter because they know he loves it! The customer service & kindness you get walking into this store is truly above & beyond, I cannot praise the employees in this store enough. Outside of the handful who go above & beyond, I have great interactions with all employees at this location.”

“I live halfway between the Broadview Hts and Independence locations. I always choose the Independence location because of their manager, Bryan. I went in this past Saturday and the store was very busy! The line was longer then usual due to Mothers Day being the next day. Bryan had such great customer service and was so apologetic(even though he didn’t need to be!) all us customers knew he was alone and doing the absolute best he could! It’s so rare nowadays to see people actually providing good customer service and not looking like a robot! Also, Bryan resolved an issue a disgruntled customer was having & Bryan was so patient yet very professional with her!”
“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”

“I was looking for Fluticasone Nasal spray in the section where the allergy stuff is, where the nose sprays are and couldn't find it. So I walked all the way back to the pharmacy to see if they kept it there, because it's not cheap.
One of the pharmacy staff walked all the way back to aisle 17 with me to look for.
It was on the third shelf down, and I wasn't even looking for it there.
I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help me.”
“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. Plus the casino is across the street. Jack you better give me some off my money back?? Great store.”

“I went to find a cat scooper... I got distracted by how much daily stuff they have. In general, they have everything you need to make breakfast, which includes the cooking equipment. All the things you need true out the day, and to get ready to go to bed. They also have some outdoor gardening equipment. I talked to the employee there at the time. I asked how often their fresh products get rotated? They said every week. I hope they understand I will check to make sure they do that. So, expect an update in a week or two. They are having a 5$ off if you spend more than 25$ on Sep 14 2024; they have those twice a month if I heard that right. Anyways I loved the first experience I had at dollargeneral, friendly staff, clean aisles, well stocked. Some shelves were empty, but it was probably from condensing their products, but the store is fully stocked when I was there. I took pictures of most ailes, so go look at them and their prices.”

“Probably one of the cleanest most organized 5 belows I have ever seen in my entire life! I was amazed how everything was well put together and in the correct spot. Has many great snacks and drinks for a cheap price! Absolutely love this location and will come back if I am in the area!”
