“We stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding in Aurora. The room was so comfortable and clean. I really appreciated how they handled cleaning service, giving us the opportunity to request what we needed daily and otherwise not bothering us. The service was great. The bar was beautiful and had great service as well. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend!”

“This is one of those special hotels that is awesome because of the people that work there. Every interaction I had, from checking in, to breakfast, to checking out, the people were warm and friendly. It was a little farther away from why I travel to NE Ohio, but I would go back again in a heartbeat because of the people. Kudos to management for instilling such a positive and warm culture.”

“I had a poor experience at another hotel in the Cleveland area. I had a late flight and really wanted to settle in. However, the other hotel was so disappointing and filthy that I left a couple hours after checking i - and after trying four or five different rooms.
I sought a place to go to at 3am, decided to try switching to the Hyatt brand-- and found a Hyatt Place in a shopping/ living/ dining area. I called. The phone was answered by a friendly, alert voice who confirmed that rooms were available. I had not unpacked... so I informed the hotel that I was leaving and went to Hyatt Place.
Enough about the old place and terrible experience:
Regarding Hyatt Place:
If/when I return to Cleveland, this is where I stay.
The front desk professional- because that was her demeanor- welcomed me, got me checked in.
The property is clean.
The sheets and room were immaculate.
No frayed carpet.
Door locks worked.
Housekeeping team was friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs
There was free covered parking.
The adjacent restaurants and coffee house, etc, were extra convenient ( and there was breakfast and coffee at the hotel)
- All for roughly the same rental rate as the other place, that is supposed to be "upscale".
And- it was clean (Did I already say that?) and welcoming and quiet and well maintained.
Isn't it surprising that those things seem like extras at a hotel???
I had a busy few days- and I appreciate and say , " THANK YOU " to the staff for the pride they take in making hotel guests feel comfortable enough to rest in a clean, comfortable environment.

“Rooms are fine except for the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass panel that is extremely noisy and doesn't close fully. This means I wake everyone up, and they hear everything I do in the bathroom. Please put real doors up, and we'll come back!”

“They were understaffed at the front desk. The front desk person was dealing with a phone call and the other person who tried to come help didn't have a computer that worked so I had to wait for 10 minutes while the front desk person changed credit cards on two reservations where a parent was obviously paying for their children's stay and wanted to lock down what the card on file could purchase.”

“The rooms are large which is nice. I book 2 queen bed walk in shower. Room was clean. The shower had cracked floor and was leaking water under floor. When noitfied mangement sad we know about it. Manny in housekeping provided excellant serice with our requests. That man deserves a raise. Location is great lots of shopping and food places. Close to twinsburg if go to the festival in august.”
“I booked 2 rooms there yesterday for my grandsons 2nd birthday. He loves to swim. They had a pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, game room, & play area all inside the atrium. Beds are comfortable, but legs on tables in the room were really loose. The staff is very nice and friendly!”

“Let me start my review by saying this hotel is beautiful and historic so if you are looking for a simple chain hotel then don’t stay here. I booked a night for my husbands birthday, our room was simple and beautiful with a whirlpool bathtub. The front desk was very helpful and attentive, they will get you anything you need. The dining experience was perfect with all the dim lights and romantic ambiance. We ordered the chicken Parmesan and cabin chicken pasta, this food was excellent. The bartender and the waitresses were on point and super welcoming. We were served coffee and muffins the next morning on the back patio which was gorgeous. This place has so much character, not your same typical hotel so if you are looking for an awesome experience stay here. My husband also received a massage and he said everyone was super helpful, friendly and clean. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful experience.”
“Checked for bedbugs & I was surprised not to find any. 2 summers ago I did. Unfortunately it was after i slept already.. I bounced with the quickness! But not b4i got my $ refunded! Always check right away for bugs & the filter inside the air/heater. Should be changed or washed at every rm cleaning!”
“Rooms were nice and clean. Conveniently located for my bowling trip. It breakfast on Sunday morning was supposed to be available until 10 am. They ran out of eggs and refused to make more. Coffee ran out and it took forever to get more but it was finally ready.”

“I have to say, it has been and still is an amazing experience for me in this hotel. The manager Mark is one of the most professional and friendly, accomodaiting, guest aware people I have encountered. The friendly atmosphere here is contagious. Breakfast is delicious, just a sunny side up for this place. Rooms are just right, anytime you need anything is right there. Coffee and tea around the clock and smiley faces around the corner. Must stay! If you are ever in Cleveland this is the place to make your trip. I love it! ❤️”
“Had a wonderful stay at 4845 Brecksville Rd, Richfield, OH! The place is nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. While the complimentary breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the affordable price more than made up for it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. Great value for the money—I’d definitely stay here again!"”

“I have to be real first time I stayed here was nice pretty clean bathroom was clean was not bad at all but the second time wasn’t good I extended my night got my keys re made left for awhile came back to my room and my stuff was moved someone took a alcoholic beverage of mine out the fridge I had, and most of all what really did it was there was a BED BUG in one of my plastic bags I had left there on the table with some of my things in it!!!! So that did it sorry I definitely won’t be back!!! I’ll be at the laquinta inn next door they are way better and their prices are very reasonable and good as well!!Rooms: Really clean bathroomNearby activities: There’s a lot of good food places near by”
