“Jacob ROCKS!!! I had a terrible experience with the branch in Solon, and online, being disconnected and then the branch at Solon with 7 employees in the branch, not willing to help. Told me to call back and make an appointment. I said but I'm here now. The teller said I cant help you and that's what I suggest. I called Macedonia and this ANGEL, JACOB, says I can help you not a problem, and if I cant help, I will have someone assist you!!! Awesome customer service. I get there and he is just as sweet in person. It took less than 2 mins! He made my not so pleasant day a lot brighter! Thank you Jacob!”

“Came in to open a business account and felt a different energy immediately, didn't feel like a stuffy bank, but rather warm and welcoming. Met with the branch manager Laura (who is truly a character in the best possible way, yet still highly professional) and business banker Dave who was very friendly and knowledgeable also. They were great and I would recommend anyone with any banking needs come talk to them. Thank you guys”

“My wife had the best experience at this branch today. Karla went above and beyond helping with the wire transfer. She explained everything, she was fast and friendly.”
