They were super busy, understaffed, and a lot of customers behaving disrespectfully, but Lenny and Renee worked hard and professionally to explain the delays. Anthony was excellent! He found a spot on my tire missed by another auto tech. He helped me sort out the issue with kindness and patience so I could understand what was happening despite being super busy.”

Triple A said I need and alternator when the power shut off to my truck, I had it towed to Wheatley Automotive who checked it out and seen that something was not connected to my battery! Not only did they save me money, they also provided an oil change and observed I needed 2 front tires, which I told them to please do that work, also saving me money! “I recently bought a 2008 Ford mustang and as luck would have it, the wiper fluid sprayers stopped working after i brought it home. I had already brought my truck here before for a general inspection and they did a good job so I trusted they could figure out the mustang. I dropped my car off Thursday night and they were done with it by 3 pm the next day. They are very honest and get right to the point when diagnosing your car. The price they quoted me was also less than neighboring shops which is a huge plus these days. I will definitely be back again for any other work I can't do at home.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. “Very polite and kind staff, I thought something was wrong with my brakes, I brought it in, they did a thorough check and determined that the sound was probably something caught in my brakes but that they all looked fine now. They could have taken me to the cleaners but they were very upfront and honest. I will definitely be back!”
“Inside it was so tranquil. Warm and clean. It had such a nice hushed atmosphere like when you walk into a quiet museum. My wife and I felt that we should whisper. Such a pleasant change from the overly crowded in-your-face crappy food and junk snacks. You can watch the cars getting washed which the kids thought was the best! Outside it was so clean. An employee was walking around. He was neat and very presentable with his clean uniform tucked in. He greeted me as he walked by and was cleaning the pump guards.
Overall this was a totally different experience at a gas station and I told my wife I’m now officially spoiled.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”

“Purchased 4 tires and setup an appointment on line to have them installed. Everything went smoothly until I got in my car to leave and the TPS light was on. I figured it needed to be driven a bit to reset so I drove it a bit with no luck. Called the auto center and they said to bring it back today or tomorrow they will take a look at it. I took it back about 30 minutes after calling. They said the TPS is bad so it was obviously damaged during installation . They did replace it free of charge.
Thank you Walmart for doing the right thing.”
