“I started out at the Solon shop. I arrived there Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. I waited for somebody to arrive. The store opened at nine. There was only one person there. They couldn’t open the store because he didn’t have a helper to watch out for safety purposes. So I went across town to the Twinsburg shop where I was greeted by two very nice young man who immediately pulled me into the bay and started taking care of my issue. I was grateful that they were there because they knew what they were doing and they took care of all my needs.”
“Sean & Nathaniel (plus one more gentleman) gave me a very courteous, informative and expedited service. Nathaniel helped to get my tires back on the right level of air and Sean even was kind enough to let me take a pic of the oil he recommended for my car. Great location! These guys are great workers.”

I had neglected to check my Jeep while we were touring the USA, but the Valvoline team told me the concerns and helped restore us to full confidence. “Specifically requested they used care in not getting oil and fingerprints on the matte black paint on my 2019 Challenger. After I left, I noticed oily fingerprints all over the hood which now requires special cleaning process at an additional cost to me to get the oil removed!”
“The gentleman was there at the shop working alone. July second it was super crowded. He ran both bays made sure everyone in line had water it was super hot outside. And he did it with a smile on his face heat and all an amazing employee 😉”
“Had front brakes replaced at 54000 miles after having rear brakes replaced at 32000 miles by Millers. Rear brakes are at 94% after 2 years, expect same from the front

“We drove an hour away from home to go car shopping at a different location and it was the worst experience ever, we were really hesitant to keep shopping for the day but decided to give it a go. We came to Al Spitzer and they were nothing but welcoming as soon as we walked in. We called ahead and they had the car pulled up and in the parking lot ready to be driven for a test drive. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptional- you could tell they all genuinely cared and had our family in their best interests unlike other place who treat you like your a transaction. They made the process fun, easy, and met all of our needs and then some. When the deal was done, the gave our car another detail (not that it needed it because it was already clean) and filled up the tank. 12/10 recommended Al Spitzer Akron!”

“It was 95-100 degrees outside. After I pulled into the drive and was waiting for the vehicle in front of me to be done, the employee came out and gave me a bottle of water. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Kept me informed about what they were doing. Not sure if it was a reasonable price for what they do compared to other places, but my wife takes her vehicle there so I figured I'd take my vehicle. I would go back.”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. Thank you!!! Shane”

“Karen at the service desk is an absolute joy to work with! I was not happy however with the installation price per tire. That added almost $48 to the bill for the two tires that I purchased.”
“Inside it was so tranquil. Warm and clean. It had such a nice hushed atmosphere like when you walk into a quiet museum. My wife and I felt that we should whisper. Such a pleasant change from the overly crowded in-your-face crappy food and junk snacks. You can watch the cars getting washed which the kids thought was the best! Outside it was so clean. An employee was walking around. He was neat and very presentable with his clean uniform tucked in. He greeted me as he walked by and was cleaning the pump guards.
Overall this was a totally different experience at a gas station and I told my wife I’m now officially spoiled.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”
“I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They were super busy, understaffed, and a lot of customers behaving disrespectfully, but Lenny and Renee worked hard and professionally to explain the delays. Anthony was excellent! He found a spot on my tire missed by another auto tech. He helped me sort out the issue with kindness and patience so I could understand what was happening despite being super busy.”
“My experience was great from start to finish....I didn't catch the guys name whom serviced me, but I will definitely update this review once I get do. He scheduled me an appointment and as soon as I arrived they got to work. He offered to look up and show me the options I had for a new battery. He had a couple ppl behind me and still made sure to take care of me thourghly, walked me to the area where the batteries were and kept me updated via text about the process. I was skeptical going here to streetsboro specifically because of the 3 stars, but the service was affordable, close and I made an APPOINTMENT (highly recommend).
