“I had a very good experience here. I was greeted promptly and asked to browse while Kevin (salesman) was helping another customer. Once it was my turn, he asked me what type of footwear I was looking for and then had several recommendations that had a nice range of style and pricing. They have a machine that measures your shoe size, width, and pressure points which is probably aided by A.I. All my life I thought I was a medium width only to find out that a wide fit me best! The machine also recommended an insole to reduce pressure and provide better arch support. I have to say again the experience was very good. I was not rushed or pressured. Kevin recommended a boot that I think really fits my need. Upon check out he provided me a very nice discount that had ended at the end of December, which he didn't need to do. I highly recommend you visit this store as the selection is only outdone by the service.”
“As a beginner runner I wasn't sure what to expect, but Nathan was very helpful. He scanned my feet and, I assume, gait and used this information to recommend 3 shoes. I walked out very happy with a pair of Asics Kayano that feel wonderful when I run. Very highly recommended. I will be returning with my feet for future purchases.”

“These girls were INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful, brought me multiple sizes and brands of the scrubs I needed, and were so patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The prices are crazy affordable and the quality of the scrubs are amazing ( I got a Cherokee scrub top and bottom for $35 ). Cleveland Clinic employees get a 10% off discount as well! If you need scrubs, you need to go here.”
“They have a "foot mapper" named Albert (digital foot reader/measurer) and the folks in this shop really know their stuff when it comes to proper footwear for your needs!!! You're a runner? “Lovely shopping experience! I came here by recommendation from a friend, looking for classy, business casual attire for a graduate school interview. The ambiance of the store made for a comfortable experience, everything was clean and organized beautifully by color and sizing. It was very exciting that there was an entire section dedicated to petite sizing, as this is just what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, Addy in particular was sweet and professional. The discounts were great and affordable as a college student. I left with beautiful and flattering clothes that I will feel confident in for my interview. I will be a returning customer!”

“Store was clean, only one associate seen for the entire store. Shoe boxes appeared to be organized well. Men's sizes are heavily stocked on sizes 9-11, anything outside that range was a struggle to find (I wear large 8.5 to 9 depending on manufacturer. Compared prices against the Internet. Prices are competitive with other shoe stores online. Amazon came in 3-4 dollars less on 3 exact matches. Worth it to me to be able to try on and walk around in.”

“My son will go from shoes store to shoe store, trying to let him experience of other options. But when he comes to this location they always have what he like. The reason for one star less is because they need more selection and opening up the other side & have more selection.”
“They have a decent selection of shoes for girls and women. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly!
Only complaint I have is the smaller selection for boys - toddler & kid sizes.”

“My compliments are for Tammy who was working this afternoon (Nov 13th 2022). She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional.
