“Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean store, and 511 has always had good products. I stopped in yesterday to get a new pair of pants and boots after my last pair of 511 boots held up for an astonishing 4 years of construction work. You are paying extra for that, but if you do physical labor or otherwise frequent the outdoors, the length of time before you have to buy again makes up for it. Buy once, cry once as they say. They also make real good plate carriers if you're planning on larping, doing weighted calisthenics, or you're a swat lad looking for a better setup than the department issued you. 10/10 will go back when I wear through these new boots in another 3-4 years.”

“I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.

I asked lady if there any restaurants around where I can have tea . She offered made me coffee herself and refused to take money for coffee. That was really nice gesture ?. Will come here again if I am around”

“I was looking for a post op faja in the Cincinnati area. I found this spot it was a gem plus its black owned. I always prefer to buy black whenever possible. It had everything from waist trainers to fajas to slimming services. The girls in the shop are very accommodating and help you figure out what works best for you particular needs. The reason for the four stars is the lymphatic massage they offer. It was not comparable to my licensed massage therapist and was overly painful. Maybe if they get a licensed massage therapist I would give five stars. But everything else was top notch.”

My husband and I took in an old potato bin. She painted it and decoupaged it...she did an amazing job and was so helpful in her suggestions. I highly recommend her shop and her skills and talents.”

I have pretty much switched from other plus size stores to The Loft because she is so helpful when I need something specific for my wardrobe. “I typically avoid corporate skate stores bc of the effect they have on small business, however, I was in a pinch to find something for a bday. I popped in and they had exactly what I needed, some purple thunder trucks. Id like to point out that the guy who helped me out was very kind and personable, and he knew his skateboarding. Can't remember his name but he had pink hair and tattoos, he really made my day and could talk to him all day about skate brands. He was also chatting with a younger kid about music and he had the true inclusivity vibe you get when you meet a real skater. Their whole staff had great energy. Go local first but if you have to stop here it's a good one.”

On another note, please give the Amazon returns desk a chair. Removing reasonable accommodations because one ex-employee was bad at her job is cruel.
They don't have any opportunities to leave their station, they are forced to stand in one spot waiting for someone to show up.”
