“I've never had the pleasure of having Frank's repair my cars as the insurance company keeps totalling them out, but as far as estimates and friendliness they are quick, communicate everything and always have time for a little storytelling. Their puppy Ruby is always down for a head scratch or belly rub too! Give them a call if you need repairs.”
“Excellent work and very fast, they installed a new wheel bearing front brake caliper and new brakes on my truck in 4 hours. And give me a ride back to the condo I was renting while they worked on it. Very good and nice people in a nice town. Highly recommended.”

“The reviews are well earned. Other than a pushback or two with when I'd get the car back (due to my insurance), there isn't a single thing to complain about. Car looks wonderful, fixed up to look brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience easy to understand. Easily the most reliable body shop in the area, perhaps even in all of Northeast Ohio.”
