“The reviews are well earned. Other than a pushback or two with when I'd get the car back (due to my insurance), there isn't a single thing to complain about. Car looks wonderful, fixed up to look brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience easy to understand. Easily the most reliable body shop in the area, perhaps even in all of Northeast Ohio.”

“I've never had the pleasure of having Frank's repair my cars as the insurance company keeps totalling them out, but as far as estimates and friendliness they are quick, communicate everything and always have time for a little storytelling. Their puppy Ruby is always down for a head scratch or belly rub too! Give them a call if you need repairs.”

“Very very helpful. I don't remember the person's name who helped me. But he ended up being able to find the part I need after AutoZone completely screwed me over and kept ordering the wrong part. He found it gave me info to get ahold of the store it was at and I was able to get the car fixed.”

“Didn't catch his name, but I walked in looking for a headlight. The person at the counter at that night walked out with me and we looked at the car and he even popped the bulb out (thanks to Chevy's ingenuity it wasn't as easy as it should have been). Once we went back in he was very personable, and once I bought the headlights he even helped me install them. While I probably could have figured out how to get the bulb out eventually, he knew exactly what to do, I definitely appreciate it!”

“I had an excellent experience. The Salesman Thomas was top notch. Their online manager Alison couldn't be nicer. Both the Manager Zach and Finance Manager Felix were both top rate too.I was very pleased with the options and no push sales style. I would recommend this team to anyone.”

“Exceptional service in ordering replacement tires for my Toyota and scheduling the installation at a mutually convenient time all carried out by John who is friendly knowledgeable in navigating the various websites and professional. For installation I cannot say enough good things about Eric. He is also very pleasant knowledgeable, efficient and professional. If you have serious tire work that needs to be done. I would encourage you to seek out the times that John and Eric are working because they are so darn good.”
