46 N Lake St, MadisonOur cat Charcoal had to be euthanized last Friday, October 11th. His little body was racked with cancer that had spread. We were with him in a little room, holding him and crying. We were asked if we wanted his paw prints? . We said yes, assuming of course, that meant both front paws. But no, turns out we had to ASK for both front paws. The lady didn't specify that at all. All she said was "would you like his paw prints?" We said yes, and she said "okay, sign here." We only got ONE paw print AND it turns out that our CareCredit would have paid for two, but we had to ASK for two. If it would have paid for two, WHY DIDN'T WE GET TWO?? We feel cheated.
Edited to add: They just called to apologize, which was unexpected and very appreciated.
Edited to add: We just received a beautiful sympathy card from Dr Barry. Thank you so much, Dr Barry!

The property and house are very clean and nice. We love coming here. Its quiet and very serene property and we love sitting outside in the woods and being in the vineyards. Inside is very nice and has plenty of seating.

Yesterday, we did a signature tour where you did a tasting and behind the scenes tour of the facility! our guide was Dave and it was an awesome experience! He was very knowledgeable and did well keeping everyone invested in the experience! Definitely worth the cost and an hour or so of your Saturday afternoon!
