“I've used Gerber a couple of times, always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful (thank you, Kelly S.). The estimators are skilled and accurate. Just a note because they are good, they are busy. They may not be able to get to your repair right away. If you can wait, it's worth the wait.”

“So easy to work with and my car’s missing shark fin antenna is finally replaced. I called the dealership first and they couldn’t give me a quote before seeing the car, then said it would be probably almost $2,000 and wouldn’t be able to get me in for 5 months and “maybe” could get the part. I know it wasn’t a big repair job and that’s probably why I wasn’t getting very many answers or help. Cefalu ordered the part and got my car done in a day, from quote to fix it was like a week; and it only took that long because my schedule wouldn’t allow me to drop the car off any earlier. Excellent and honest service. My total ended up being less than what they quoted me. Highly recommend. Will be using again!!”

“I want everybody to know that if you ever get in a car accident or you need damages fixed on your vehicle, I would 100% recommend First Class Collision. I was in an accident where I was rear-ended, and the back end of my car was smashed. They were able to fix everything that need to be fixed on my vehicle and they were able to color match exactly to the car. Also I feel terrible but I left my car a mess before I dropped it off and when I picked it up I didn't realize at first but they had completely detailed the entirety of my car. Truly a great company they went above and beyond I had numerous scenarios where my rental was being finicky but they solved it for me and told me not to worry about it. They made the whole situation such a smooth transition between dropping off my vehicle, the rental and picking it up and everything in between. Christina, Ben and Aron are all amazing and I didn't get to meet the mechanic crew that fixed my car but they're amazing as well, they did such a nice job. Thank you guys again!”

“As an insurance agent, I know quite a bit about the claims process. I can recognize a shop that cares, from one that does the bare minimum. Sergey and his team do great work. They've helped me with repairing my RS7, making sure the repairs are done properly. I'd definitely recommend them to any car enthusiasts looking for repairs to be done the proper way.”

“I appreciate calvin taking a look at my vechile for me. I feel like he is honest and fair with price and service and i havr trust issues when it comes to car mechanics but i easily let down my guard due to my friend david kahles referal to go there. Only thing i can say is the front guy is new and didnt relay a message costing me some extra money but it is what it is and is still fair seeing as i had initally asked calvin to do the job charged for.”

“Just got our car back from Ron's Autobody. It honestly looks like a new car. The paint was blended nicely. The communication was excellent all the way through the process. Ron was also able to get us much quicker than some of the other shops around. I would highly recommend talking to Ron if you need body work.”

“Nate was tremendous! I was very emotional about totaling my car and he was great through the whole process. Kept me informed, whatever he knew, he relayed that info to me in a very timely manner. Then when I went to pick up the plate, he let me see her one last time. I have dealt with many shops, in my line of work, but this one is outstanding...even being a customer this time. I recommend anyone to come to this specific shop on Kemper to get any work done. The entire team is great. Thanks Nate for getting me through a tough time and showing grace when I had emotions.”

“I was concerned about my car. He looked at a few things under the hood and advised on what might be needed to be fixed in a few months. But he didn't charge anything for his time. That's genuine honesty from a mechanic. He also very polite.”

“I’ve dealt with all 3 counters here many times. They go above and beyond for their customers. Even for us DIYers who aren’t their biggest customers. I drive past multiple part stores to come here and will continue to do so.”

“I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision of West Chester. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. Amy did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. The communication was clear and consistent, and I always knew what was happening. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car looks amazing — you would never know it had been damaged. Thank you to Amy and the whole team for a job well done!”

“It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”

“When my wife Betty spotted that the gas was at $3.38/gallon she had me turn around and go get my gas then. Because Speedway, Krogers and UDF was at $3.75/gallon. And I had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get to a pump and I bought $25.00 worth of gas, which gave me a full tank from a quarter of a tank of gas.”

“From the person who helped me book the appointment, to the technician who did the work, and then the follow up again from the office, everyone was professional, on-time, helpful, clean, caring. They were able to come to my house and replace the rear glass that was shattered. I hope you don't have to fix your car, but if you do, I definitively recommend them.Service: Auto glass repair”

“Recently took my vehicle to Gerber after a car accident. They were so easy to work with through the insurance company and did a fantastic job. My car looks like new again. Customer service was great, they explained things well, car was finished before the promised date, and I'm pretty sure they have a paint magician in the back.”

“Kandy was a great communicator and they did a really great job on the overall repair of our van. It looks good and a lot of difficult alignment was done very well. I would have liked if some of the damage (small glass pieces) was better cleaned from the interior (basically vacuum). But overall very minor things to complain about considering the overall scope.”

“Great customer service. I met with Kelly and Greg. I was provided emails regarding my status on my car or a phone call. They worked with the insurance company without hesitatation. My car looks great, Greg came out and talked about work done on my car with the paperwork in my hands. My car was washed and cleaned before I picked it up too. Greg said don't hesitate in calling, we guarantee our work. I'm a happy customer 😊”

Thank you for the good customer service and keep up the good work gentlemen! I gave 4 stars only because they did miss topping off my windshield washer fluid. When I mentioned it they quickly and politely filled it up!”

“Columbia Hyundai is a great dealer ship. They are professional and no pressure sales team. Their approach to selling is to present you with the data and let you decide how to proceed. When you buy a car from them they follow up to make sure you do not have questions that they can help you with. When I go to replace the car I just bought from them I will go back to Colombia Hyundai.”
