“Firstly, Google got the hours wrong, it didn't open until 9am. The first mechanic in spoke almost no English. He diagnosed the issue in almost no time. The car had been overheating and losing fluid. A bad water pump. Yuck. The mechanic quoted me $500. In and out. I left the car and it was ready in around two hours. It drove like a dream when I picked it up and it's still behaving. I appreciated the no nonsense approach and the no frills upfront pricing. I will use Moe's again and again. And so should you.”

“I’ve heard a lot of bad stories about the Watrensville Center Road (Southgate) Mr. Tire Auto Service Center location I couldn’t believe what I was reading. Until April 4, 2026 while driving home from work, I got a huge tire blowout on Rockside Road near the rock 🪨 construction site. Called my insurance company send someone to fix my flat tire, they couldn’t get my wheel lugs off. Called insurance company back to send for a tow truck 🛻. Tow truck took me to Mr Tire Auto Service Center. I walked in said hello to the gentleman at the counter and he immediately knew what I was talking about. He explained to me about how some wheel lugs on Ford cars can get swollen or seized up on the wheel. However, he assured me they can fix it and my car would be ready in an hour. I went back home. Waited until 5pm no from Mr. Tire (maybe they were busy) so I called them. They stated by the time I get there my car would be completed. As soon as I arrived my car was completed. I was pleased and happy with the new tire and new wheel lugs. The mechanic even when the extra mile to drive with me around the parking lot (because my ABS and traction lights stayed on) and told me what could be the problem, but stated if it persists to bring my car back and they will fix the problem. I was happy with the customer service Mr. Tire Auto Service Center mechanics provided. Thank you! I am a satisfied customer! This was my first time visiting and I was very pleased. Keep continuing to do good things and great work.”
